Here are step-by-step instructions to enroll in our new online or mobile banking.
- Download the mobile app or click Login at the top of this page.
- You will need to completely remove the old app before proceeding.
- Click Enroll now

- Complete the enrollment form by entering your Social Security number, member number, email address, and phone number on file for your account. Click Next.
- If you do not recall this information, call us at (800) 649-0193 to enroll.

- Enter the verification code sent to your cellphone.
- You can request to have it resent or select Try Another Way to receive it by phone call or Authy app. If you are unable to accept your verification code, call us to enroll.

- Read the User Agreement and click Accept
- Create a new username and password and click Next
Must be between 8 and 15 characters in length
Must begin with a letter.
Cannot contain special characters
Passwords:
Must be between 4 and 20 characters in length
Must contain a minimum of 1 alphabetic characters
Must contain both upper and lower case characters
Must contain 1 or more numeric characters
Must contain 1 or more special characters
Allowable special characters: !"#$%&(*)+,-/;<=>?[\]^_`{|}'
- If using the mobile app, you can create a four-digit passcode (enter it twice for verification). You will also be prompted to allow touch ID or facial recognition as a method of login.
You are now enrolled and can start enjoying the many features that online and mobile banking offer.
