Visa Platinum Rewards is a unique program that rewards you for using your 1st United credit card.
How do I earn points?
Earn one point for every dollar you spend on eligible Visa Platinum Rewards credit card purchases.
How do I view my points?
We keep track of all the points you’ve earned and provide a quarterly statement. You can also log in to your Rewards account to view them.
How do I earn bonus points?
View available bonus point opportunities on our Earning Points page. You can also earn up to double points on Visa Platinum Rewards purchases with our Rewards Checking account.
When can I redeem points?
You can redeems points at any time.
How do I redeem for travel?
We offer two easy ways to redeem points for travel. Simply visit our Travel Resource Center to book online or speak with our travel agency. Or, call our Rewards Service Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at (844) 997-3927.
How do I redeem for gifts?
When you have enough points for the items you want, you can redeem online or call the 1st United Credit Union Rewards Service Center at (844) 997-3927. Our reward specialist will take your order and you will receive your items within 2-4 weeks.
How do I redeem for cash?
When you have enough points, you can redeem online or call the 1st United Credit Union Rewards Service Center at (844) 997-3927. Cash will be credited to your 1st United membership savings account the next business day.
Can my points be combined with other programs?
Points may not be combined with or transferred to other reward programs.
Do 1st United Credit Union Rewards points expire?
Points are good for five years from the month they’re earned, giving you plenty of time (and ways) to use your points.
Are 1st United Credit Union Rewards points transferable?
Points are not transferable.
